Listing details for 14799 W Gold Ln #18, Goodyear, AZ 85338 : PERFECTLY level, surveyed property in Stardust Ranchos. Good access. No flood. Electric about 1/2 mile away, so alternative energy source would be needed. Great Investment. 10 sales of $99,900 and higher occurred in Stardust Ranchos in 2005-2007. If you're looking for a great place to park small money, this is it. This area will grow in value again as the general growth of Estrella Mountain Ranch into lower Rainbow Valley has started. They’re selling homes in Cantamia, currently the furthest south community (http://www.cantamiaestrella.net/). There’s another large plan called Madeira in the area and Amaranth in Mobile. Also, see 303 loop plans and Goodyear’s Sonoran Valley annexation. Great way to invest a small amount of money into spec land that should really grow in value.
