16751 W Villagio Dr Surprise, AZ 85387

Listing details for 16751 W Villagio Dr, Surprise, AZ 85387 : When we were looking for a home, we were lucky to find this wonderful home that was perfect for our needs. We wanted an east facing private back yard to catch the morning sun with a large, covered patio to relax on. It has been nice not having neighbors directly behind our home. This extended Cypress model was so welcoming right when we walked into the home. Over the years, we have done our best to give it our loving touches while upgrading our home. Recently, we have painted the exterior of the home and put in new windows where needed. This home is tastefully decorated with tile floors and California shutters in all the right places. We repainted the entire interior during our ownership. The spacious kitchen overlooking the front yard is spacious enough for a large table. The master bedroom was extended with a bay window and it has a nice sized walk-in closet and master bath. The utility room has extra storage with upper shelving/cabinets above the washer and dryer. The garage is large enough for your larger pickup or SUV. We have worked hard to keep this home in tip top condition and hope that you will love this home as much as we have. If you like what you see, we are offering a turn- key package outside of escrow. The golf cart can also be purchased outside of escrow.
