16863 W Bryce Canyon Ln Surprise, AZ 85387

Listing details for 16863 W Bryce Canyon Ln, Surprise, AZ 85387 : When we were planning our retirement in 2005, we chose to come to Sun City Grand for the many amenities that Sun City Grand provided and we had family living in the community. We were downsizing from a larger estate home and we wanted to find something that had that same elegant estate home feeling that we were moving from. The Kensington model fits our needs with the 12-foot ceilings and the bright open spaces in the home. We were able to add many upgrades to this home to make it a very special elegant place to live. A few of the upgrades are listed below (ask your agent for an entire list). We invite you to come see this home for yourself. We hope that you will love it as much as we have. Some of the wonderful features and upgrades include a private front courtyard with a beautiful custom solid wood double door entry that very few homes in Grand have, crown molding in the living and the dining room, 18" tile laid on a diagonal pattern, large picture windows with plantation shutters, custom lighting, plenty of wall space for custom artwork, a gourmet kitchen with a six burner gas cook top, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and backsplash, fireplace in the family room, upgraded master suite and a beautiful guest suite as well. There are so many more additional features that you will love as you walk through this beautiful home. Do not miss your chance to see it today.
