17233 W Monarch Way Surprise, AZ 85387

Listing details for 17233 W Monarch Way, Surprise, AZ 85387 : I've lived in this house 11 years and not a day goes by that it doesn't make me happy. We have the most spectacular sunsets over the White Tank Mountains. In the winter, the sun is directly over the golf course. The house is wonderful for entertaining. It is so open that even with large crowds, it is easy to mingle and not be ''caught in a corner''. The dining room holds a large table for good conversation. The master bedroom is my favorite. It is warm and it has so many good features. The wall facing the golf course is practically all glass allowing the room to take full advantage of our beautiful weather and view. The location of the bedrooms allows for privacy of guests and hosts. ''We'll meet for coffee in the morning.'' The sliding glass door from each bedroom allows free access to (c the patio and spa as well as providing good circulation on those perfect nights. Our outdoor fireplace is a lovely place to have dinner with the grandkids. They like to roast marshmallows in the fire and they're good about sharing. Most of our friends tend to gravitate to the back patio where there is plenty of room in both shade and sun. This home is highly upgraded throughout, is very spacious in all of the rooms, has plenty of light flowing into each of the rooms, and is very well maintained. It sits on a beautiful southeast facing back view lot with a 270 degree view from the back patio entertainment areas. Don't miss your chance to see this beautiful home today,
