17320 W Woodrow Ln Surprise, AZ 85388

Listing details for 17320 W Woodrow Ln, Surprise, AZ 85388 : You may be expecting to walk into a “normal home”…you know, the kind you see every day. Well, this is a different type of home, one that has been upgraded in a way you typically only see in Scottsdale or in magazines. Literally 10’s of thousands of dollars have been spent upgrading this home to be one of the most premier listings on the market. The kitchen was fully gutted and an 11’x5’ Cambria waterfall island was planted directly in the middle as a sort of congregation point in the home. The downstairs bathroom features a high end rain shower head, meticulously placed penny floor tile, sleek elongated subway tile and an eclectic modern faucet. This list could go on but, alas, we are only allowed 800 characters for description so don’t miss your chance to come see this place in person! :)
