Listing details for 17585 W Voltaire St, Surprise, AZ 85388 : We really loved this home when we first saw it, we just felt that this is home the minute we walked in. This house just seemed to have that soul to it. It met so many of our needs at that time. It had large spacious rooms throughout. You will be amazed at the spaciousness right when you walk in the front door. The living room and dining area was bright and open with very tall ceilings. This home also had the bonus of having a guest bedroom with a full bath on the main floor. The great room and large kitchen overlook the covered patio and the large private pool in the back yard. The hardwood and ceramic tile floors on the first floor are a real plus. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a big kitchen Island and a large dining area along with stainless steel appliances. The oversized ma master suite is upstairs along with 2 other bedrooms and a large loft that overlooks the first floor. We remodeled the master bath with a new tile enclosed shower, new tub, and new double sink vanity. There is a third full bath by the other bedrooms upstairs. While the house is amazing, the pool itself cannot be overlooked. From the pebbletec make of the pool, it's built-in valet system, and the deep end allowing for diving. Any family will fall in love with it. Especially during the Arizona Summers. During our ownership, we have taken care of the home with pride and made the following upgrades: New fully paid for solar system no lease, New AC units, New larger hot water tank, New water softener, new pool filter pump, new security system, new smart thermostat, and extended the driveway. The house comes with all appliances as well. Ask for the separate upgrades list for details. This neighborhood is a great place to live and is not far from anything in Surprise or the southwest valley be it grocery stores, movie theatres or parks for kids. We invite you to come see your new home today.
