Listing details for 17704 N Solamente Ct, Surprise, AZ 85374 : We chose to buy our vacation home in Sun City Grand 12 years ago because of what the community had to offer, with its great amenities and activities but primarily to enjoy the four community owned golf courses. Our choice of the Palo Verde model has been wonderful for us. It is very inviting and ideal for our guests to stay with us. From the open entrance way into the living area and dining room with a stunning custom designed media wall and home theatre, to the convenient kitchen and large pantry, to the morning sun in the breakfast room. We have really enjoyed the privacy of the guest bedrooms which are separate from the master. All the flooring has been updated and the kitchen counter tops replaced with granite; this gives the house a clean open feeling it is easy to take care of. The very private patios on the east and west sides of the house gives you plenty of options to enjoy the warm winter days or summer nights, with views of the beautiful cactus gardens and the mature trees. Watching the sunsets with the mountain vista from the walled back patio makes everyday very special. During our ownership, we have done many upgrades to this home including a new 16 seer HVAC system. Ask for a complete list of the upgrades and then come see them for yourself. You will not be disappointed. This home has a turn key option outside of escrow for those that love what they see.
