Listing details for 18731 N Summerbreeze Way, Surprise, AZ 85374 : We have lived in and loved Sun City Grand with its amazing amenities for years and wanted a place for our friends, family, and seasonal renters to enjoy as much as we have. Right after we started talking about this idea, we found this amazing Cactus Flower model home that would meet our criteria. It had a north/south exposure with a beautiful curb appeal. The stone accents, lush landscaping, and a security door entry looked great. The floor plan is wonderful with a central great room over looking the entertainers dream in the back yard, a master suite on one side of the home and 2 bedrooms on the other side of the home. We remodeled the great room, large kitchen with a breakfast room area, the bedrooms, and redid the entire back yard to expand the living space in this wonderful walled back yard. This home now has a newer furnace and air conditioner, gas fireplace, all tile flooring, extra ceiling fans, raised panel doors, new granite counter tops in the kitchen without the tall bar between the great room and the kitchen for extra flat counter top space, and a nice big bay window in the master suite. The garage is extended making it easy to park 2 cars and a golf cart in the garage and still have extra storage. You can fit your long SUV or pickup in this garage. The back yard is a secluded paradise with landscaping, lots of shade, and extended tiled patio. It is definitely peaceful and pleasant back here and a great place for entertaining friends and family. We have maintained our extra home in tip top condition to provide a peaceful and comfortable living experience for everyone that wants to enjoy this Sun City Grand lifestyle. We hope that you will enjoy living here as much as our family and guests have. This home is available with a turn key option with everything in it for a small extra payment outside of escrow.
