19822 N Pine Springs Dr Sun City, AZ 85373

Listing details for 19822 N Pine Springs Dr, Sun City, AZ 85373 : Welcome home to this Sun City Gem! We loved the flow of this home when we first saw it, with its charming living room and spacious family room that are open to the kitchen. The kitchen has been updated with some new appliances, cabinets, and comes complete with a pantry and storage closet. We have 2 large bedrooms with walk-in closets. One of our favorite places to be is in our beautiful screened -in porch, with front and back views of the yard. Various fruit trees and landscaping encompass this low maintenance yard. We put in some pavers to create a nice place to sit out in front of our home, there are so many choices for relaxing and entertaining. We have taken pride in our home and kept up with the maintenance during our ownership. We have put a new roof on in 2017, replaced the carpet in the living room, put new shade screens on for the house and the porch, and have had the heat pump/ac serviced regularly adding new parts when needed in addition to other upgrades. We have a transferrable home warranty to save you money as well. We loved the location of this home because it is close to shopping, recreation centers, restaurants, sports arenas, and our friendly neighbors. We have had great memories here and we invite you to come see this home so that you can fall in love with it too.
