Listing details for 19626 N Signal Butte Cir, Sun City, AZ 85373 : If you are currently shopping for a home under $200K in Sun City- you know just how dreadful all those homes are inside and out! Tons of wood rot and dated fixtures to be found. Not in this home tho! This home is as clean as you can find! Those are brand new kitchen cabinets! Not some old painted oak cabinets from the 70's. Just look at all the high end finishes you have like the stainless steel appliances, backsplash, luxury granite and all new fixtures throughout. This isn't a shoddy overpriced flip job that you see all over the valley. This remodel was well done and no corners were cut. They even added a water softener loop and raised the notoriously low, Sun City, wall mounted toilets! The roof is a couple years old and the AC was recently serviced. Perfect Lock & Leave desert home! The laundry room is located in a room that is only accessible by going outside the back door, then across the patio. But hey, at least it get's you outta the house!
