8817 S 17th St Phoenix, AZ 85042

Listing details for 8817 S 17th St, Phoenix, AZ 85042 : Own a slice of paradise on South Mountain. Beautiful mountain views as well as downtown city views on the flagstone front patio. This house needs renovations which is reflected in the price. Home has great bones and some key upgrades including all new windows and one new sliding patio door in the split bedroom. There are two master bedrooms on the other side of the home. 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom (that could easily be turned into a Large full third bathroom) Gorgeous new hardwood floors in the two master bedrooms and in the front living room. The master baths are smaller and could use a refresh. There is a closed an air conditioned approx. 300sf rear patio that is NOT included anywhere on the square footage and certainly feels like part of the home. There is so much potential on this pie shaped lot on a very private quiet cul-de-sac lot in Phoenix. There are many million dollar plus homes all around. I recommend driving around south of Euclid like this home to see the character of the friendly neighborhood. There is a nice pool in the backyard. Much of the lot is not being used and naturally beautiful desert mountain landscape. A nice flat stucco on the exterior could take this home to a new level. Come take a look and hopefully you see the vision of this home you can make your own. Adjacent empty lot available as well for a total of .70 acres
